    Notification to the local authorities and utilities to inform of the new occupancy
    Arrangement of deposit protection with My deposits
    Forwarding of tenancy agreement and check in/Inventory and statement of account to the landlord
     Contacting landlord and tenants 3 months prior to the expiration of the tenancy to determine both parties intentions for vacation or possible tenancy renewal including a free rent review

    Collection of rent from tenant on designated date, and accounting to landlord with statement and payment within 10 working days
    Monthly deduction of rent collection fee from rent
    Chasing late rent payments
    Rent protection service- Optional

    Routine inspections to ensure the property condition is being maintained and no maintenance issues have gone unreported
    Arrange property repairs and maintenance as required

Wherever possible, we use local, qualified contractors who carry relevant insurance cover

Detailed invoices provided and cost deducted from next payment of rent
24 hour emergency maintenance number available for all tenants
Preparation and service of legal documentation throughout the tenancy
