RENT DEMAND


Ideal for landlords who want to manage the upkeep and maintenance of the property themselves but want the added reassurance of rent collection.

As detailed for let only service plus:
 
  • Collection of rent from tenant on designated date, and accounting to landlord with statement and payment within 10 working days
  • Monthly deduction of rent collection fee from rent
  • Chasing late rent payments

The perfect solution for landlords who have limited time, or perhaps live out of the local area, and want to outsource the entire day to day tenancy management and general upkeep of their property investment to a professional property management agent.

  • Routine inspections to ensure the property condition is being maintained and no maintenance issues have gone unreported.
  • Arrange property repairs and maintenance as required.
